KETTERING — Women's Med Center in Kettering said hundreds of their patients are now being referred to an Indianapolis abortion clinic. This is after the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, sending abortion laws back to the state. The same day the Supreme Court made its decision, Ohio's Heartbeat Law went into effect. It bans abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, with the exception of if the pregnancy threatens the mother's life or if a heartbeat is not detected.
