KETTERING — The Women's Med Center in Kettering will begin medical and surgical abortions starting next week.Earlier this week, a court order temporarily blocked Ohio's abortion ban, allowing the center to reopen.ACLU Ohio is representing the center and other abortion providers in Ohio, and last week the union filed a temporary restraining order in Hamilton County. The judge approved the request and ruled that in Ohio, abortions can continue after doctors detect a fetal heartbeat until September 28.
